DONATE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL CASE OR DIRECT YOUR DONATION TO COVER THE AREAS OF GREATEST NEED.

Donation 1

We receive daily messages about pets in need; sick, injured, abused and/or abandoned. With your donation we will be able to raise the necessary funds to help them have a decent life as they deserve. Help us to help!

VACCINATION

Donation 2: $ 25

All our pets, once they enter in one of our Programs , must be vaccinated against the main infectious diseases. Once the pet is at least 8 weeks old, it must be vaccinated against: distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvo virus and parainfluenza (known as Dhlpp). If the pet is over 12 weeks (3 months), it must be vaccinated against rabies. Average cost of a single vaccine is $ 12 at low cost, all of the necessary vaccinations range from $ 25 to $ 30.

SPONSOR THE SPAY/NEUTER OF A DOG

Donation 3: $60

As a mission we want to reduce overpopulation and possible abandonment of pets. Spaying and neutering is the best option to avoid unwanted litters. Likewise, as a requirement for local adoption and / or travel, all pets older than 5 months must have undergone surgery. This process can be performed on any dog from 2 months of age, during heat or pregnancy (the latter 2 with additional charges). SPAYING AND NEUTERING also improves pet health by reducing the risk of breast cancer, testicles and other preventable conditions. Average cost of a sterilization cost over $ 60 per pet. Female surgery is usually more expensive than male surgery.

Donation 4: $ 40

A cat colony is a group of felines that coexist in an urban or rural space. Many times these colonies are visualized as a nest of diseases and dirt but the truth is that it does not have to be this way. TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) is a legal and humane practice that helps control cat colonies, a species that can reproduce from 5 months of age and every 3 months. The practice is to trap, spay / neuter (3-year-old rabies vaccine is administered) and then release in the same space. The cost to make this service possible is $ 40, includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, tattoo near the genital area and a small cut on the left ear to identify the cat as sterilized.

MATERNAL AND / OR ORPHAN PET CARE

Donation 5: $ 75

Unfortunately, large numbers of pets are abandoned on our streets in heat, pregnant or with puppies. These mothers suffer a great physical deterioration since they have litters of between 2 and 11 puppies without the necessary prenatal care. Malnutrition, hemorrhages and other diseases are just a few of what these mother face with their puppies on the streets. An average vet visit and medication ranges from $ 75 to $ 145 depending on the severity of the case.

Orphan pets are one of the most defenseless creatures. The situation is heartbreaking. The recovery of a newborn pet without its mother is a challenge because it involves replacing milk and the care that the mother usually gives. Buying breast milk is one of the most essential things when helping as well as feeding them at least every 2 hours. These pets require 24 hour care for at least 4 weeks.

PET WITH MEDICAL CONDITION

Donation 6: $ 250

Although we don't usually treat serious cases, we do have pets with special needs. Leg amputations are the most frequent results of car accidents for stray dogs. Likewise, pets are treated for ehrlichia, tick-borne disease, heart worm disease and other conditions.

RESCUE OF PETS IN CRISIS

Donation 7: $ 150

The cases of pets in crisis are the most urgent. It is crucial to act quickly. Abandonment inside abandoned residences, confinement in cages and physical abuse are some of the emergencies to attend. These cases involve contacting rescuers, veterinarians, and sometimes the police. Your donation will help make the rehabilitation of a pet in crisis possible.

BED AND HOT BLANKET

Donation 8: $ 20

Everyone's dream is to sleep in a comfortable and warm bed. We would like all pets to feel the same way once they enter our foster program.

FEEDING ROUTE

Donation 9: $ 30

It is quite common to feed pets in groups. Rescues and families travel each day to feed the animals abandoned in their communities. Food and fresh water are important to maintain these pets healthy until other type of help arrives.

PURCHASE OF VEHICLE WITH INTEGRATED SERVICES

Donativo 11: $20,000 (share $1,000)

IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING FACILITIES

Donation 12

Paint, tools, fixtures, storage and cleaning equipment are always necessary within any pet-friendly facility. It is not surprising that some spaces are damaged when working with the rehabilitation of hundreds of pets. Could you help us?

Blanket

Donation 14: $ 10

Not all pets are capable of caring for a bed. Puppies,  playful and bored pets usually break apart their beds. A blanket or towel serves as a bed to rest comfortably for a lower cost. We want all of our pets to sleep comfortably. Help us make it possible!

Dog Collar

Bed

Donation 13: $14

A bed is an essential element in the recovery of a pet with mobility problems. Conditions such as arthritis, spinal injuries and surgeries require a comfortable space to rest, allowing a recovering pet to rest as it deserves!

CONTAINER FOR WATER AND / OR FOOD

Donation: $5

A plate of food is necessary to feed our recovering pets. Many of these are used to eat on the ground so a plastic plate could be confused with a toy, we prefer stainless steel dishes because they are more durable and their surfaces allow them to be cleaned better to prevent the spread of diseases.

At the Vet

VETERINARY SERVICES

Donation 17: $ 3,000 ($ 100 share)

Every helped pet receives the veterinary attention needed. Most of the time there isn't enough money to settle the accounts for the services received. For this reason, many rescuers incur in high debts in clinics where they bring pets to receive services. Credit cards and personal loans lead many to bankruptcy, making it impossible to rescue and care for hundreds of pets.

TOY

Donation 16: $ 3

Dogs and cats enjoy their free time playing either alone or with others. The toys have different purposes: they help fight boredom, help them keep their teeth and gums healthy, relieve pain when they are moving their teeth, and allow them to stay active.

INITIAL CARE

Donation 18: $ 25

Sponsor the initial veterinary visit of a rescued pet. Vaccination and deworming is mandatory for all pets that enter our program.

AIRFARE

Donation 19 : $ 100

About 60% of our pets travel to the United States waiting to be responsibly adopted. Air transportation costs must be covered at the time the trip is scheduled. Sometimes we are asked for a contribution, sometimes we are asked to pay the full amount that varies between $60 and $175 per pet traveled. The main destinations are Florida, Virginia and New Jersey.

PREVENTION MEDICINES

Donation 22: $ 16

It is extremely important that all pets, once entered into our Foster Program, be dewormed and treated for fleas and ticks.

DRUGS TO TREAT

Donation 23: $ 22

Many of the helped pets suffer from chronic diseases, some are treatable, others are not. Sarcoptic mange, parasites of the heart and ehrlichiosis are some of the conditions that with the right medication the pet can be saved. Help us save a pet with a chronic condition!

KENNELS AND CAGES

Donation 24: $ 65

Responsibly and safely transporting our pets to their veterinary appointments, foster care, and travel is our priority. Kennels are necessary to transport up to two pets of the same size on air travel. Cages or crates are very useful when caring for litters. * The equipment is not required to be new.
