Work Plan
Phase 1 - Community census
A group of volunteers counts the number of community cats in need of sterilization. Some 26 cats were identified.
Phase 2- Trap, Sterilize and Release
TNR (trap-neuter-release) practice for previously registered cats. A group of volunteers will capture the registered cats the day before the sterilization date (August 17) to be transported to the veterinary clinic at 7am.
Phase 3 - Determine success

Results
26 cats were spayed and neutered on August 18, 2023. The total cost for spaying and vaccinating the 26 cats was $1,665.00. All money was raised through direct donations from individuals.
There were 2 cats in heat and 3 pregnant with a total of 10 kittens to be born.
